Register, complete KYC, and select verified CBO partners to collaborate on mangrove restoration and ESG impact projects.
Step 1: Organization Registration
Visit MangroveCoin Portal and click Sign Up. Select Organization / ESG Impact Organization and provide:
- Organization Name
- Primary Contact Person
- Email & Phone Number
- Location / Country
- Organization Type / Sector
- Password for login
Click Sign Up and verify your email.
Step 2: KYC & Compliance
After login, go to Profile → KYC Verification and upload:
- Official Registration Certificate / Constitution
- ID or Passport of Primary Contact
- Proof of Address / Office Location
- Bank Details (optional for transactions)
- ESG Policies or Sustainability Reports (optional)
Click Submit for Verification. Wait for MangroveCoin approval.
Step 3: Selecting CBO Partners
Once verified, your organization can select and collaborate with verified CBOs:
- Navigate to Partners → Select CBOs
- View a list of verified CBOs onboarded on the platform
- Filter by location, project type, or activity focus
- Select one or more CBOs to partner with for ESG and impact projects
- Send collaboration requests to chosen CBOs for approval
Step 4: Adding Team Members
Admins can add team members for ESG and impact tracking:
- Navigate to Team → Add Members
- Enter names, emails, and roles (Project Lead, ESG Officer, Volunteer)
- Members receive invitations to create accounts and complete personal KYC if required
Step 5: Logging Collaborative Activities
After partnering with CBOs, log activities jointly via Activities → Log New Activity:
- Select Project or Program Name
- Select CBO Partner(s) involved
- Date of Activity
- Activity Type (Planting, Cleanup, Training, Monitoring)
- Number of Mangroves Planted / Area Restored / People Reached
- Attach Evidence (photos, GPS, documents)
Submit for review and track joint ESG and impact metrics.
Step 6: Monitoring & Reporting
Track organizational and collaborative impact:
- Total activities logged
- Impact metrics per CBO partner
- Individual and team contributions
- Exportable ESG and impact reports for stakeholders
