MangroveCoin KYC & Onboarding for Offsetters

Complete your KYC to verify your account, purchase, and retire carbon credits securely.

Step 1: Offsetter Registration

Go to MangroveCoin Portal and click Sign Up. Select Offsetter / Buyer registration. Fill in:

  • Full Name / Organization Name
  • Email & Phone Number
  • Location / Country
  • Organization Type (if applicable)
  • Password for login

Click Sign Up and verify your email to activate the account.

Step 2: Upload KYC Documents

After logging in, navigate to Profile → KYC Verification and upload the following:

  • National ID, Passport, or Corporate Registration Certificate
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement)
  • Bank Details for payment or credit purchase
  • Any additional compliance documents required

Click Submit for Verification. The MangroveCoin team will review your documents.

Step 3: KYC Approval

Once verified, your account will:

  • Receive a verified badge
  • Gain access to purchase and retire carbon credits
  • Enable reporting and dashboard tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when verification is complete.

Step 4: Browsing & Purchasing Carbon Credits

Once verified, you can:

  • Browse available mangrove restoration projects
  • View credit availability and price
  • Select and purchase carbon credits
  • Attach payment proof if required

Step 5: Retiring Carbon Credits

Offsetters can retire purchased credits to claim carbon offset:

  • Navigate to My Credits → Retire Credits
  • Select credits and quantity to retire
  • Provide purpose or project association (optional)
  • Submit for retirement certificate generation

Step 6: Monitoring & Reporting

Track your impact:

  • Credits purchased and retired
  • Project impact and CO₂e offset
  • Downloadable reports for compliance or CSR reporting
