1. Donations

All donations made through MangroveCoin are:

  • Voluntary

  • Intended to support mangrove conservation and climate programs

  • Generally non-refundable

Once funds are allocated to conservation activities, they cannot be reversed.

2. Token-Based Contributions

Where users contribute funds in exchange for:

  • MangroveCoin tokens

  • Impact credits

  • Digital participation units

These contributions are considered participation in climate initiatives, not purchases of goods or investments.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis only where legally required.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical error occurred on MangroveCoin’s platform

  • Duplicate payment was made unintentionally

  • Required by applicable consumer protection laws

Blockchain transactions, once confirmed, cannot be reversed.

4. Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved:

  • Payment processor fees may be deducted

  • Blockchain gas or network fees are non-refundable

MangroveCoin is not responsible for third-party processing costs.

5. Waiting-List & Pre-Launch Contributions

For waiting-list or pre-launch programs:

  • Contributions may be held temporarily

  • Terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of participation

  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated explicitly

6. Incorrect Information

MangroveCoin is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect wallet addresses

  • Incorrect email details

  • User errors during submission

Users must verify all information before confirming payments.
